Colour Collection No. 4
New, neutral shades at Plain English

A simple collection of six new paint colours in ‘elemental’ shades, inspired by the materials dedicated to celebrate each anniversary year has launched to celebrate 30 years of Plain English. A tradition that comes from the Middle Ages, celebrating an anniversary year with a material that is increasingly resilient and strong – paper, sugar, pottery, tin and linen form the basis of our palette, with pearl being the most precious, honouring our thirtieth year.

This ANNIVERSARY Colour Collection No.4 is durable in tone and calm in shade, complementing each of our 36 other paint colours. These 6 paints take their cue from the colours historically used in the downstairs kitchens of the important houses and estates of Great Britain.
